Restoration Examples
STAINING
Stain Reduction
Environmental Factors can cause a lot of damage to a fine art print. Staining Reduction is probably the most visually appealing after conservation. Whether the stain is from water, overall toning from acidicness of the paper, Knott holes, mold, and foxing. These all can be reduced and, in most cases, completely removed.
PAPER LOSS AND TEAR REPAIR
Connection
One of the most significant damage that can occur to a print is the loss of paper and a tear. Whether if the los or tear in the margins or in the image. Through a process that I have developed and mastered. These tears and losses to the image can be restored. Through color-matching the folio and applying the repair under microscopy, the final results are 90 to 95 percent unnoticeable to the naked eye and touch.
INK AND PAINT RESTORATION
Fine Art Prints
Whether it is a tear, loss, abrasion, or other factors. Loss of ink and paint can be restored back to its original glory.
